Shipping & Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Packaging
Packaging and shipping heavy and fragile audio equipment requires careful attention to ensure the safe transportation of delicate components. Firstly, selecting appropriate packaging materials is crucial. Sturdy cardboard boxes with double or triple walls offer better protection, and packing peanuts ensure extra cushion for the equipment and prevent any movement. Most items are double boxed to provide the utmost protection to your new piece of hi-fi equipment. For added protection, using shock-absorbing materials like air pillows can help absorb impact and all items are wrapped in bubble wrap before boxing. Finally, securely sealing the package with strong tape and labeling it as fragile is important for proper handling. When shipping heavy audio equipment, using reliable freight services that specialize in fragile items and provide tracking options is recommended to ensure a smooth and secure delivery process.

Damages and issues
Shipping these fragile and heavy vintage items has its inherent risks. We do everything in our power to package these items for safe shipping and recommend, when possible, local pickup. Buyer accepts all risks with shipping items.

While it is rare for items to arrive damaged, upon receipt of your item, please inspect the package and your order and take photos of any damage you may find. Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
